Are the items Authentic?

Yes. All of our items are 100% guaranteed authentic.

Do you provide Entrupy/Authenticity certificates for all your items?

While not all items come with the Entrupy certificate, it is provided only when specified in the inclusion section of the item description.

Our items undergo authentication by experts, ensuring their authenticity. In the rare event that a bag is suspected to be fake, we require proof from a valid authentication service company such as Entrupy to confirm its authenticity. Verbal statements from sales associates, friends, or other sellers are not accepted as proof. We offer a money-back guarantee if the item is proven to be counterfeit.

However, we provide a paid authentication service through Entrupy starting from AED150.

How do you rank your bags?

Rank S - Brand New / Unused items 

Rank SA - Good as new items

Rank A - Pristine Condition items with unnoticeable flaws

Rank AB - Good Condition items with tolerable flaws

Rank B - Fair condition items with noticeable flaws and may or may not need to visit bag spa.

Rank C - Project Condition items that may need a restoration.

Do you ship international?

Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL. Shipping fee is calculated during check out.

What is your return policy?

We currently do not offer return or exchange unless an item is proven fake.

Do you ship for free?

We ship for free within UAE (excluding Western Region).

What is "Buy Now, Pay Later payment option?

Tabby is our service provider for BNPL. Tabby lets you split your purchases into 4 interest-free payments and lets you shop now, pay later – without the interest, fees or debt traps. Tabby is currently only available in UAE and KSA.
